Guild Only Runs
In guild only runs, 10-player raids and larger, we tend to be pretty informal because we look at loot as something that benefits the guild as a whole. Please be generous with your guildies in sharing drops. People should roll on epic loot as follows:

Need - If it is a valuable upgrade for your spec
Greed - If it is an off-spec upgrade or a minor spec upgrade.
Pass - If not of use to you at all.

When the rolls are complete, the raid's DE'er will then loot the body manually.

Note: We do not differentiate between alts and mains. Both have equal rolling status. We do this mainly because we have many healing alts that we need to attend the raids and we don't want them to be prevented from rolling on gear when they are bringing an alt to help the group.

Your Mainspec is the role you are performing for the raid that night unless you inform the RL otherwise. A dps warrior will not roll on tanking gear just because its plate. A cat will not role on tanking gear just because hes "feral".

Do NOT be a freaking idiot. If you win 2+ epics, regardless if they are mainspec or offspec, do not roll for an offspec item against someone else who has not gotten anything. This is called "common courtesy." Courtesy in Revenant is often taken as far as passing on semi-useful gear for yourself, to a player who would reap much greater benefiets, especially if it is not a best in slot item or the lower roller has not gotten anything, although this is at the discretion of the person who won the roll.

Not being a freaking idiot in Revenant includes, but is not limited to: rolling on gear that is clearly not designed for your class (druids dont roll on parry or block gear, dk's dont roll on block gear, and hopefully warriors/paladins pass to druids/dk's on tanking items that are high armor / dodge with zero block/parry)(DPS casters rolling on high spirit items with zero haste/crit/hit rating against a healer).

No one likes a greedy bastard.
